Pine Crossing

I lived there for a year. When I moved in I placed a $400 security deposit $200 pet deposit $15 pet rent every month on top of the $505 rent I was paying. The place was fine (except the walls are paper thin so u can hear all of your neighbors) but once I moved out all hell broke loose! The "inspection" held afterwards said they needed to replace the carpets, and claimed the kitchen/bathroom were not clean enough. Long story short when I moved out I ended up owing them $736 just in move-out fees!! The carpet replacement alone was $520 (only needed changed because of the fact I had a cat...the cat did not have "accidents" around the house or anything.), On top of that the pet deposit is non-refundable, so over the year I paid them $380 in pet-fees that went right to their POCKETS and did not apply to the move-out fees AT ALL. this place is a RIP OFF they will take all they can. DO NOT tell them u have pets or u pay out the a** to have them!
