I did not experience any problems with maintenance and generally enjoyed living at River Oaks. I had a third floor apartment and did not experience any noise (well not enough to complain about), although I once had a neighbor who occasionally played drums in the early morning hours.

Management responded to maintenance requests quickly, but then I did not make many requests. Staff members, when I lived there, were always very professional.

Grounds maintenance was fair (not great, not bad). Parking lot lighting could've been better. My car window was broken once, when someone thought my laptop cover actually contained a laptop. It didn't. If it hadn't been for the price of replacing the window, I would've laughed.
