I have lived in River Oaks for about six months. The loaction is great and the rates are very resonable compared to Marble Cliff and the Quarry that are just down the road. My apartment is good-sized and very nice inside. I had no problem while signing a lease and was actually given a price lower than I expected. The matinence staff has been very responsive, including putting up new blinds the day after I complained that mine were broken. The area is very safe and all the neighbors I have met are friendly. There are lots and lots of dogs, but I rarely hear barking or see any droppings. I would recommend living here to anyone.
