Dirty and Noisy
If it isn't the train that keeps you awake it is the quarry noise. I fear that the water was vary bad and developed a number of mold issues with the water.

If you think the water is bad try getting a person in the office to listen to you. They are so not carrying when you have an issue. I tried in an emergency to get someone on a weekend -- NEVER attempted to call me but they sure can put notes on the door about the "Happy, Happy recipes and parties" Made me puke and I bought something rather than go through that again.
