unfortunately, this apartment complex has gone downhill. we've lived here for over a year and we started out under different management.
the new management doesn't treat people with respect and is very unprofessional. the grounds are a mess and no one shovels the walkways (they've been covered with ice for days). they increased the rent by a lot and without giving enough in return to justify it. the maintenance guys are great, very prompt and helpful but i don't think they receive the work orders from the management. there's litter everywhere. if we could, we'd move out.
