I lived at river oaks for a year. when I first moved in, they had told me that the management had just changed. When i put the security deposit down, the management had given me an address for my new apartment, which had a fireplace. When time came to sign the lease, they gave me a walk through of the apartment. It was not the apartment they had given me, not clean and no fireplace. Apparently they had a different couple signing the lease before my move in and they gave the apartment to that couple, and I was stuck with an apartment with no fireplace.
