Horrible Management

My roomate and I lived at River Oaks for 3 years. We finally moved out last month. We really enjoyed living there during our first year; under the old management. The employees who currently work in the main office seem uninterested in assisting their tennants and have a terribly slow response time to return calls. For the last year, it seemed like every time I would go in the office, the employees would have this look like I was bothering them and they needed to get back to what they were doing. When I would call with an issue, they would seem completely uninterested and made as little effort possible to address questions or concerns.
When we had that big snow storm last winter, they didn't plow ANYTHING until the third day - Columbus roads were plowed and driveable during the second day. They didn't put salt on the stairs; RESIDENTS BOUGHT IT THEMSELVES.
Every year, they've raised the rent on us, which to some extent, is understandable. But WHY CONTINUE TO GIVE MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT TREATS ITS RESIDENTS SO POORLY' I know that the prices are still fairly reasonable for rent (compared to Marble Cliff and the Quarry on 5th), but I can't stress enough how much IT'S NOT WORTH IT anymore to live at River Oaks.
Avalon Oaks, LLC: Please hire people who want to take their job seriously and actually have some concern for their residents. It's unfortunate that River Oaks has become this unwelcoming in such a short amount of time.
