Ever since Avalon Oaks bought this place it has become a dump! Lights have been burnt out for months. The landscaping is a joke. Nothing is ever fixed and the office is never open during posted business hours. The manager ---- and the Girl in the office ------- are quite possibly the rudest and most useless people I have ever met. They do absolutely nothing. I strongly recommend not moving here. There is also a major crime issue with cars getting broken into frequently. If you don't believe me take a walk around the complex and you'll see garbage, broken car glass, and an apartment complex that's falling apart.

I agree with you ---- and ------- and the maintaince people are pieces of ----. I am soo pissed that i have to live here for the remander of my lease. If River oaks was smart they would see that 90% of the complaints is about ---- and would get rid of him.
