OVERALL BUILDING
elevators work 40% of the time,
dark hallways,
stained walls/ceilings,
garbage not picked up (i've seen underwear in one place for 2 weeks b/f it was picked up)

MY APT
dirty
unclean
dirty lampshades
a/c no work
smells
uses too much electricity (bills will be higher than normal)

MANAGEMENT
poor
lacking
for most, this is a side job, including the manager
rude
arrogant

SUMMARY
If you want a place to live peacefully, live elsewhere. If you want ghetto style living, w/ redneck management, live here.

Oh by the way, whenever there is an OSU event, they sell off spots in their parking lot. If you decide to leave the lot during this time, too bad. Most likely the spaces will be filled by the time you come back!!!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
