I have lived here for two years. I agree that the management is rude.. kinda racist sometimes (I feel), but I guess he is like that only..wierd. Elevators break down often, only for the past few months its been kinda better. Yes, in football season, they sell the parking spots. But I dont agree that Harrison is better. First its too expensive. Not much choice available for apartments, then they charge a HUGE amount for parking which is free in Riverwatch..and I never had guest parking problem..a little bit of smile to Mandy..and things go smooth :)..hehe. When compared to buckeye realtors, harrison, west campus (as it is too far).. this is not a bad deal guys .. check it out.
