I did not mind living at Riverwatch, it is close to campus and relatively safe compared to other options.
I agree completely with those who say the management is horrible. The head manager drives a porsche and is nothing but a money gruber. Oh, did I mention that he owns a great deal of the apartments so will screw you over if you are looking to buy' Good luck getting your security deposit back...because the manager will find anyway to get your $. He keeps the security deposit for painting the walls and cleaning (no matter how clean you leave it.) The majority of apartment complexes will consider this general procedure.
I moved in and the place looked horrible. A trash can was used to hold up and appliance and the walls were horrible. Also, make sure you actually get the apartment you sign up for because they sometimes become suddenly unavailable at the last minute and you are forced to live in an un prepared one.
I think Riverwatch would be a great place to live if management would get its act together.
