My parents actually owned a few of the apts at Riverwatch, and I was unfortunate enough to live there for half a year for free, until they FINALLy sold those POS's to the ass of a manager named "dan" the guy who drives his porsche. If you have a complaint, you will never find this guy, cause he will ignore you and hide from you. The majority of the workers there are COMPLETE idiots and seem sketchy. Free parking is a plus unless it is game day.
I was stuck in the lot once during a game day (i had to go to work), so I was late about 2 hrs.
The halls smell like crap, actually the whole place smells. If it isnt curry, its insence, pee, or who knows what else.
If you just need a place close to campus and dont mind paying the price, this place should be ok (esp if you dont spend a whole lot of time home). Otherwise go somewhere else.
