Ok let me clear some thing up about this place. First I have lived here for about a year now and had a good time. Although the rooms are a little small for the money, they give you a location (especially if you are a business student) that is to die for. Great walking trail and park out back and a pool 2 blocks away make it a nice location as well. Sound is normally good, the only exception to this is game days. On game days there is a GREAT party out front (there is nothing like waking up to a live band to get you in the game day partying mood). Now if you are one of those kids that is socially inept this may create a problem for you, otherwise great times. Typically the band ends relatively early(8-9'') unless it is a night game of course. The only problem I have is parking during those games is rough (so stay home and drink). Don't expect people that live here to be to social, most don't speak English and there are a lot of owners. Sometimes smelly hallways (normally "ethnic" food)
