I have lived here for three school years, but have put up with some incredibly frustrating and inexcusable circumstances. I only stay here bc of the location and were I not graduating, I would be definitely be looking for a new place to live. SP is inept. The 'office manager' does not have the people/social skills to be working at McDonald's, let alone with rentees (I am not exagerating). He lies, has a horrible attitude and is digustingly lazy. I had a broken toilet for months until it got fixed. My repair requests were ignored. My carpet has never been cleaned. It took three years to get a broken fridge replaced. I had to seek student legal services. I cannot say enough about the poor, pathetic service of SPM.
