I have lived here for two years, and its been hell. I agree that it's convienent heading to class as it's right across the street. But, this place is a scam. Most people live here one year and their out! They just implemented a policy where you now have to PAY for parking! Most of the owners of the units are deadbeats. Your so much better off finding an apartment off of North High. Same distance to campus, and you even have a campus bus service if need be. Don't even get me started about the day before and day of football games and parking. Final advice, STAY AWAY.
