The apartments are POORLY insulated. The vents in my first floor apartment are all in the ceiling. During the winter bedroom and walkin closet are freezing (you can feel the cold air blowing in at the floor. Of the 7 months I have lived at the complex the gates were broken and anyone could get in (even when they do work about 9 cars can get through before it closes). There is not anyone to get ahold of when vandalism is occuring down at the lake and managements response was oh thanks for calling and told me even if I had called the police they probably wouldn't have come out. I moved in the winter and was told that I had a lake view apartment that I am paying extra to have yet since spring hit there is no lake in sight because they let the brush around the grow so high and thick you cannot see there is a lake.

This review is right on about the gates -- they are ALWAYS broken. There have also been several recent break ins and robberies in the complex -- which the leasing office casually mentioned in a monthly newsletter, rather than notifying tenants via phone or email.
