I lived on campus, off campus, and everything in-between. The only reason I left Runaway Bay was I got married and needed a bigger place. The staff was awesome and friendly, their maintenance was always quick, and their were friendly people all over the place.

The "dog beach" wasn't much of one, but no one seems to care when you're all down there splashing with your/their dogs. The dog park was a good size that my black lab puppy could run all over the place and the people I encountered tended to be really friendly and never let their dog close if their dog wasn't a "good play dog."

The only thing that sucked was they have these trees with red droppings. Their beautiful when they bloom, but after that... yech.

I loved living here and have nothing bad to say, and I always recommend it.
