Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2008-01-01
Good:
1. Dog friendly (large dogs are allowed. I have seen a Mastiff and a St. Bernard)
2. New siding on the buildings
3. Pretty Lake
4. Controlled Access to the buildings
5. Courteous staff
Bad:
1. Drains always clog
2. Toilet is always running
3. Poor insulation (you can feel cold air coming through the windows, floorboards, and electric outlets. Plus, the closet is FREEZING in the winter which really sucks when you have to put on freezing clothes in the morning)
4. Can hear everything the person above me is doing, including their phone conversations
5. Appliances are old and do not work properly (oven and dishwasher)
6. The front of one of our drawers in the kitchen came off and we had to glue it back on
7. One of the tiles on the fireplace fell off and we had to glue it back on
