I echo the Runaway Bay Going DownHill Sentiment

At first, when you're signing up for your lease they treat you nicely and are able to appear professional, but once you're in a lease, you begin to slide down to 2nd & 3rd class citizen with the management staff. When it comes to renewal good luck. They have a tricky system which doesn't allow for much time to decide to leave 60 day notice, but renewal letter is sent 75 days in advance max. Management is rude and pushy. There is a lot of crime across the street in the Quarry, and some of that crime spills over into this community with people breaking in. Parking is a free-for-all, there's not enough spaces. The apartments themselves are fine, but I'm definitely starting to feel I'm paying over-market price for them. The gate is a big issue because it's open often at night, and it's not a very secure gate.
