Poor Wheelchair Access

We have lived here for nearly a year, and their ad claims wheelchair access.
We live in a ground floor apartment and were promised a curb cut when we signed the lease, afterwards were told we would have to pay for it ourselves. The bathroom doors arent wide enough for a chair.
The clubhouse has keycard access, but the ramp to it is NOT safe for a wheelchair.
The only accessible door to the indoor pool is always locked, you need someone with feet to go in another door and open it for you. There is no restroom or changing room on the same level as the pool.
There is a nice path around the lake, but no paving to reach it.
I have severe smoke allergies, and there was always a cloud of smoke over the outdoor pool,
I was happy to get a gas stove, but it was cheap and inferior.
Other parts of the complex had parking issues, but it wasnt a problem on our side.
In other ways I have been relatively happy here
