Management - Terrible. All were rude, they were rude at signing of contract, but I figured maybes its her bad day. Management can never talk to tenants, instead they like to place post it notes on your door while your inside. This is sad.

Maintinence - Pretty good.

Condition - Not bad for age of apartments.

Safety - Kinda of risky. I never had issues, but cars did get broken into in our area.

Parking - This issue is so terrible, I wouldn't stay here for this reason alone. Even if the rest was good. I hope you come home before 9pm and never go back out again unless you don't care to walk 1/8 of a mile. I got home at 6pm from work and was fighting for the last 2-3 spots. I started to park in the church parking lot because this was closer.

Cost - Cost is pretty good. This is only because of the amenties you get.
