The major problem is parking. There are twice as many cars as parking spaces. As a result, any car without a sticker is ticketed and towed within 15 minutes because they have a personal policeman on duty 24/7 who only issues parking tickets... if you live on the first floor - consider keeping your balcony door closed at all times or else you'll get robbed while you're sleeping!
Maintenance is crappy - appliances are considered in good shape until they stop making any noise! Otherwise they are "fine".
Carpet is "fine" until you start seeing concrete underneath it.
Indoor heated pool' Come on, I've seen it working only 10% of the time, and "heated" only 5% of the time.
And did I mention three A/C compressors made in 1945 just outside your bedroom window working all night long'
Terrible.
