Horrible! Imaginary indoor pool and hot tube and skyrocketing utilities!
The Gas Bills and electric bills are through the roof (200 dollars and up a month)because the windows seals and doors seals are so badly done, you can feel the wind easily and if it rains hard enough the rain will come in as well. If you complain they tell you to put plastic over your windows, which is not an acceptable resolution and prevents us from being able to look out the big windows, one of the apartments original selling points. If you do visit you will notice most have put plastic over their windows. The sealant that we have then had to purchase has been very expensive and not very effective since the leaks are so large. Now thats some great service. The wonderful facilities are a joke. The outdoor hot tub hasnt worked in over a 2 years and the indoor pool and hot tub havent worked in over 8 months. If you ask when they will be fixed they will tell you in a month or 2 because they cant find a vender to do it. LOL, what a joke. I could get someone out here tomorrow! Oh, and we are charged for garbage removal, this is just another way for them to make money because they dont pay for garbage removal. They also have a new thing where they charge you for water, its suppose to be split evenly between everyone in your building, but under this new plan my water bill has increased dramatically, despite the fact that I was out of town for most of the month. I do not like the fact that I no longer have control over how much I am charged and have no way of knowing if the amount they are charging me really was the amount of the bill. The parking is also horrible. They do not physically have enough parking spaces for everyone. If you come home after 9 P.M you are not going to get a parking space. If you complain about parking they will offer you a garage for 50 dollars a month. One more way to make money I guess, too bad they are loosing in the long run because everyone is moving out and no one is moving in. As for the crime rate, I have had my car broken into 3 times now.
