Nice layout, high energy bills

Location is great, apartments are nice in size but old. My only complaints are PARKING AND HIGH GAS AND ELECTRIC BILLS. Plus, they bill you for water and I'm paying almost $30 a month...It's just me. Indoor pool is nice and workout room is too.
