Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Out of all the apartments that I have lived in, this one is the best. The only problem that i have is all of the goose droppings and dog droppings all over the complex. Other than that, I would definately recommend this place. (keep in mind, energy bills may be a little higher due to the fact that you have a washer and dryer in the unit. You still pay less than if you had to go out to do your laudry.)
