better than comparable places

I've lived at Sawmill Village for two years now, and I've had very few problems. The staff has changed frequently, but they're always friendly and usually pretty competent. Maintenance has responded quickly to any complaints, and one problem required several complaints before it was fixed appropriately. Parking can occasionally be hard to find, depending on where you live within the complex and what time you're getting in - the worst problems I've had were when I came home after midnight. Guest parking isn't always available close to your apartment. The workout facilities and indoor racquetball court are top-notch, and I haven't had any problems with the pool either. There is a lot of goose activity and guano around the lake, but it's a nice view. The stackable washer-dryer combos are pretty weak and low-capacity, but they're still convenient. My utility bills have been low, but I keep a wide range on my thermostat.
I've lived in 7 different places in the last 9 years, and the only other place I lived in for multiple years was my brother's house. This place beats all comparable apartments for amenities at the price, and the location is great. 2 minutes to Chipotle, churches, and the grocery store, and 15-20 minutes from OSU, Downtown, Easton, Polaris, and the airport. I've been very happy with my time at Sawmill Village, and I'm only moving out because I'm getting married & moving into a house.
