Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
this used to be great apartments to live in. now they are more worried in outside of the buildings rather than the inside. picture your above neighbors air conditioner leaking in to your apt. or every time they take a shower the water running through your ceiling. WOW what a place to live:)
