I have lived here 4 weeks and am totally dissatisfied. Square footage of apartment and overall appearance draws you in. Once you live here it is not a good experience. I have spoken with several other tenants and find that most want OUT! Most amenities are broken and lighting at night is totally inadequate. 95% of the time you have to park in visitor parking, which is not close to my apartment and considering the terrible lighting it is not safe. I lived here only 4 weeks and already 9 cars were vandalized over a weekend night. I am reviewing the other renters comments and not finding much positive. They also seem to be mostly the same complaints, with parking being at the top of the list. I recieved an electric bill for 6 DAYS and it was over $30. HIGH UTILITIES does not begin to describe it. I thought I had found a terrific apartment but have most certainly changed my mind after just a short amount of time.
