yes,..that's right. A 16% rent increase from last year. The previous year was around 8%. The complex management team can not justify this raise. Throwing around some mulch and painting the buildings from time to time isn't enough. They would rather give a new potential resident 2 months free rent and raise the rent of current residents who have been consistent payers. The management team is nice unless you need something from them. They would rather sit on their butts then resolve an issue you are having. Of course they will always "send out a letter" to the residents and hope that resolves things. UNREAL!
