apt is nice size, kitchen is tiny. windows only on one side of apt make place stuffy. utilities are seriously high. average water bill in small building is $50 for two bed and about $80-$100 for three. trash is out of control on weekends due to lazy people, not office's fault. office staff has high turnover rate so you never know what you're going to get. staff is mostly rude and listless. parking is poorly enforced and security is nonexistent. my truck was stolen and multiple breakin's have been obseved. there are water and drainage issues throughout complex. maintenence staff is very good but office has them on short leash. the price is not worth the apt. i'm very glad i'm moving out. All the neighbors have been very nice, but all complain about living here.
