I have been out of my lease at Sawmill Village for 6 months now. I just recieved a letter from a collections agency saying I owe them $1200.00 for damages to my old apartment. I never recieved any letters from the leasing office saying there was ever a problem. Now they are saying I left outstanding water bills unpaid(which are included in rent). I am now in the process of trying to get this off my credit report and disputing all charges. I don't know what in those apartments would cost $1200 to fix because they are cheaply built to begin with.
