Ok so here is the deal, for the money (at least what I paid $720p/m for a 3 bdrm) isn't bad. The problem... Hope you don't have any issues cause management is almost unreachable (website to both the complex and management company are broke). My car was towed the day after I asked about how to break my lease. They said it was because I didn't have a sticker. I had one it was just on my dash because I had been driving a rental. Management was unresponsive and took threating legal action to speak to anyone. The result is still pending. Another time our apartment flooded due to our upstairs neighbor's water heater. When i called emergency help they instructed me to call back in the morning(as water was leaking through our outlets). On top of that there are some nice features most of them are almost broke. The pool is down half the time and go and look at the outdoor hot tub it is a joke and was nasty all throughout summer. All and all BEWARE although this apartment complex is nice if you have a problem or complaint good luck, but I guess you get what you pay for. And they also accelerate the rent if you try to break the lease.

I totally agree. They towed my car and I had a sticker. Don't hold your breath on getting reimbursed. Utilities are at least $200 a month of not MORE. Don't do it.
