Not Worth The Money

I am currently in my lease at Sawmill Village, when I had moved in, i leased a 3-bedroom. However our 3rd roomate moved out, so my current roommate and I transferred to a 2-bedrrom. they were very helpful and willing to help at the time. However, a few monthes later, it was bought to our attention by a friend that lives in the complex as well that by signing our transfer we inadvertantly signed up for another year lease. This was never discussed or even mentioned during the paperwork stage, which surprisingly we were rushed through. i am currently breaking my lease, a whopping 1600 dollar fee that I would be more than happy to pay.
A few more fun complaints, the parking is terrible. Sometimes i have to park at the opposite side of the complex. Also, I have heard about numerous cars being broken into (one of which: my boyfriends whose stereo, amp, and subs were stolen. also my friends stereo was stolen) There has been times where I'd gone to my car or pulled into the lot to find a random car with smashed in windows. I am very unhappy with Sawmill Village overall. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious. And the girls in the office are friendly if you don't need anything from them. But I just feel If Im going to pay almost a grand for rent, I'm going to feel safe walking to my car and I'm going to get the best service. At Sawmill Village, It just isnt worth the money.
