I have actually lived here for about 4 months and although I've had to request maintenance a few times, they've always been out within a day or two. I guess maybe I understand that this is a huge complex and other people are going to need maintenace too. The guys are nice too, some are chattier than others but they're all fine with me. Parking can be tight if I get home really late but I'm normally home by 8 or 9 and I don't have any problems. Sounds like there's just a bunch of disgruntled people living here. Like the last person said, if you don't like it, move out. Its an apartment though and you're going to have similar problems anywhere you rent.
