I have recently moved here-I saw their website online and I fell in love! It is a beautiful place I call home, I LOVE when my friends and family come over and visit me-they ALL have said it's a beautiful complex and even my 2nd cousin who used to go to OSU MANY MANY years ago stayed here. Other than living on the BOTTOM floor and my neighbor upstairs sounds like a horse walking around up there it's a quiet place. Yes the lighting is minimal and wish that could be fixed-all they gotta do is just replace the light bulbs so it's a little brighter. I have not experienced any thefts personally (knock on wood) but from reading the other postings I see that there are some and that doesn't surprise me-this is a nice neighborhood and unfortunantly there are people out there suffering and guess where they migrate to ' More upscale cities where they know they can probably get more from. I make sure my apartment is locked/lit and I even have the police watch my place when I'm gone for more than a day. Yes--the Columbus police are cool about that. I also parked my car outside many times before I got my garage and never had any harm or damage done to my vehicle. I just rather pay a little bit more a month to secure my vehicle just in case mother nature strikes at me or goof balls who dont have a life decide to slash my tires!

This is a good apartment and I really enjoy living here, so what if the appliances may be older !! It still keeps my food the way I want it and if I decide to be lazy my dishwasher does all the work for me. There are people out there in this big world who don't have a roof over their head or indoor/outdoor swimming pools just seconds from their home so I am thankful to have all of that, it's the little things in life we take for granted and sometimes we just have to understand that when you rent you're not always going to have what you really want. So keep makin' that money - save it up and buy something that only you will have to be blamed for if the ---- don't work!!
