Terrible Experience with the front office. I had wrote them a check for $100 apartment hold fee for a first floor apartment that I wanted. They said that I could move in to that apartment in two weeks. They called back 2 days later and said the people living in it decided to stay and there were no other first floor apartments available. I asked what other types of apartments they had available on the first floor and they said they didn't have any open for at least 30 days. I told them forget it, I was told I could have a first floor apartment and they didn't deliver so I wanted my money back. They refused to give me the $100 back I paid to hold the first floor room. If you want to battle with management and from office garbage this is the place for this for you.

Wow. I won't resort to your level and insult you. I am sure anyone reading your post will read it as I do and give it what its worth. I don't benefit from posting my opinions, I just enjoy it here, and post my opinions. I am not versed in their leasing agreements, as I said, I remember when I plunked down my $100 for my deposit for a third floor apartment. I wasn't guarenteed anything, simply that they'd try their best to accomodate me. I know you are upset, and you don't know me from Adam, but its pretty sad that you responded the way you did.

One of two things must be true, 1) You obviously live there free or are somehow benefiting from such postings as this one since you are writing such a glowing review in response to my review, which seems likely since you seem to have such a familiarity with their leasing agreements or 2) You are a giant loser sitting at home reading reviews of your apartment complex and responding within minutes of a post about it. So you know - when I gave them $100 it was for THAT particular apartment on the first floor. I need a first floor apartment for multiple reasons - none of which are any of your business. They can't help that the person living in their changed their mind AFTER they had turned in their notice to not renew their lease. However, knowing I wanted a first floor apt and them no longer having any available - a responsible and respectful business would have given me my money back since the apt I had agreed to rent was no longer available and they were without a suitable replacement. I am entitled to my opinion as are you, so if I want to express how I feel that I have had $100 basically stolen from me I will; just as you voiced your opinion that I was ??????trash talking?????? the front office. I would like to express another opinion ?????? you are the reason people should use contraception. I??????m quite sure neither of your parents ever loved you and that??????s why you are the way you are. Go pound sand and eat ----. May God have mercy on your soul for being such a terrible person.
