Great Place, but pricey!

Office staff were always very helpful. The amenities were amazing. Apartment was clean when we moved in, though needed a little updating. We had a couple service requests which were taken c, are of reasonably. Apartment felt small, but was cozy and had a lot to offer with two balconies, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace. The grounds were always kept nice, and were especially beautiful in the spring. Overall, we had a great experience here. The only cons were that sometimes it was hard to find parking near your apartment, dog owners didn't always pick up their poop, walls were a little thin (but then again the guy downstairs always had his music turned up to the max and didn't care about what others needs were). Never had any major issues there, not even with rodents or bugs. Our utilities were kind of high there too- hot water heater is actually located outside, so keeping it warm in the winter was costly! The only reason we decided to leave though was because after 1 year, our lease was up and the rent was going to increase over $100 more than our current rent, so it was actually cheaper for us to buy a house. Loved it though if it weren't for the price.
