I just read the last comment left and my take on that is every apartment all over will have something wrong with it, no place is perfect. I have lived at Sawmill for exactly 2 years this summer and I have only placed 1 work request for my stove that decided one day to stop working. The crew guys replaced my stove within 24 hours and I have never had a bad experience with the office staff. Although, when I first moved here the girl at the time who worked there was snotty on the phone and she wasn't pleasant to talk to-I felt like I was interferring her day if I had a question. Needless to say I haven't heard or seen her for over a year now. I would recommend this apartment to anyone because it is a great start for new or current people that have to rent in this economy. well, grounds were always beautiful when i lived there. we didn't have to pay water when i was there, but heating was expensive. duck and dog poop were issues around the lake, but watch where you're walking and it was a lovely place to relax outside without going far from home. i loved living there personally- it just got too expensive for me and i bought a home instead. -missy

You said you lived there till 2009 and still say you dint pay for water bills...???? strange....they have had charging for water bills since years.....
