i have lived at sawmill village from last september to now. my lease is up this month, and i am super excited!!! parking is absolutely rediculous. i am a server, so i get home late at night and must park about a 10 minute walk away from my apt because all of the spaces are taken. our air conditioner doesnt work properly, and the maintenence man said he had never seen this kind of unit before. it leaked water out into our dining area. the vents for the ac do not work in my room, which is supposed to be the master bedroom. nothing is great quality. most of our lights are broken. its gotten rediculous and i cant wait to leave. the staff are horrible, and so are their ammenities. the gym only has one rod to put in the weights, and its always taken, so you cant really work out. their pool is always dirty, and the "rocks" that they used around the pool are horrible and slice and burn your feet. my door from my room to the balcony flies open when its windy. they tried to fix it once and didnt do a good enough job because it has never locked. our electric bill is always over $130 due to inefficiency. and our gas is always over $70. oh, and i also had my driver side window busted out this past winter for a theif to steal my gps. i was parked in a spot right next to my entry. i do NOT recomend this place! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
