I just moved into Sonnenblick and I have to say I've never been more impressed with an apartment complex. There is always plenty of parking (a lot of spots go unused). Aaron, the property manager, is kind and knowledgeable. He greets me by name. They even gave us a gift (soda, popcorn & a DVD) when we moved in.

The apartment itself is nice. Yes, it's old but it's well taken care of. And you can't beat the price for the amount of space and amenities (laundry facility, W/D hookups, workout room and pool). I also love that it's less than a block to a dog park.
