I am a current resident of Springburne. I moved in a few months ago to all new appliances, new air conditioner, carpet, etc. The office staff is wonderful, but even more important, there is the best maintenance crew I've ever seen! It's been wonderful living here. The grounds are very nice.

You are incorrect! I live in a 2 bedroom here and I have brand new EVERYTHING, including A/C. I think they are making a lot of improvements on the property- new exterior paint, fitness center, nice pool, etc. It's too bad you had a bad experience. I love my new apartment!

I'm looking at reviews for this apartment, I can say that all of your complaints, anonymous, are made far less credible thanks to your last sentence. What an ignorant, hateful thing to say. Sorry Worthington has too much ethnicity for you.
