This rental office's service really sucks, they are not responsible at all!! last time when we were out of town and can't get back before 3rd to pay the rent, I called them try to ask them that if I can pay over the phone, and nobody ever answer the phone! and then they finally answered, but they said they have to call me back becuase some trees fell down because of the wind and they left me a message said that's okay if I leave my credit card number on the machine, which I really didn't want to, but I don't want to be charge the late fee, so I did. Then it turns out that they didn't even got it, and they tried to charge me for 7 days late (total about $80).. that's terrible!! THEY told me it's okay to left number on the machine, and now they didn't get it is because MY fault'''!!! of course I refused to pay the late fee, and they were acting like they did me a BIG favor for not charging me!!! I'm moving out of this place in december!! Don't be fool by the model they showed you...
and the safety here sucks, our stereo has been stolen, and they said they has no resposibility for that!!!
