I have been very happy with Sterling Place. Management has been very responsive to any maintenance concerns I have had. It's very quiet with mature landscaping and nearby lots of convenient shopping areas. It's an especially nice place if you have large dogs as well. If you have at least one paying roommate, the rent isn't too bad.

The rent is ridiculously high 800 plus for a 2bedroom, and with all the awful management and maintenance staff....you kind find cheaper in a better area! This is a rip off, you might as well throw your $ in a fireplace!
