What kind of moron pays their rent late and doesn't expect a late fee...hence the name "LATE" fee.
It doesn't take a Lawyer (...or Law Student) to figure that one out!

just so everyone knows, it is 2008 now and i have found the staff to be wonderful and the apartments and grounds beautiful. Don't listen to these morons. check it out for yourself.
