My experience at Sterling Place has been wonderful. The staff here has been so kind to me and made a real effort to get to know me AND my pet. They plan many special events, including restaurant reviews, BBQ's, martini parties, self- defense classes, etc. Living here has been such a nice escape and I always look forward to driving in to my beautiful complex. Every time I have run into a maintenance problem, I know I can call 24 hours a day and have someone here in 30 minutes to fix it. After reading some of the past reviews, I was shocked at some of the accusations. I think that treating someone with kindness goes a long way and that some of this resident's problems could have been remedied by handling his or her problem in a more professional manner. I agree that late fees are not a pleasant experience; however, the grace period is already pretty generous and it sounds as though the problems did not arise until after the resident refused to pay the late fee, not when he or she actually paid late.
Regardless, I can only speak for myself in saying that my experience here has been incredible. I will be sad when I have to leave because I have made a lot of friends I will miss and I love living in such a luxurious style of living. It is pretty great to have such a variety of activities at hand... from basketball, tennis, a gorgeous swimming pool, a nice fitness area, a big screen tv, a clubhouse, to any of the many activites planned by the staff here. If you are considering living at Sterling Place, please take my experience into consideration... I couldn't have asked for anything better this year.

I agree that in May of 2004 we had a wonderful office staff. Today it sucks.

Yeah 2004 is when Sterling Place was owned by the Bank.
