I have a workorder in that I assume will never get taken care of because any other time I have had to go in and complain atleast 3 times. But the best part is that when you go to the office there is always a clock that states when they will be back in the office. It can say 1:00 and it will be 1:30 and still the doors are locked. I don't understand where 5 people can all be at one time. The head manager is impossible to deal with. The maintanence is ridiculous. We had a washer and dryer sit in the walkway for months and we finally had to threaten to give it away for someone to move it. The place is littered with construction debris to the point I have to be afraid to pop a tire. The garage I rented had a huge hole stuffed with garbage bags to keep the water out. Of course I didn't notice it until it ruined eveything I had in there. They say they hope I have renters insurance. Nice way to care about a resident. I also haven't heard from them in a week or so regarding fixing the hole or moving me to a different unit. The appliances are old and failing. When I vacuum the carpets have so much old dirt and dust I have to empty my container before finishing. And that is crazy since the apartment is so tiny. Maintenance workers are randomly on my patio so I have to keep all the blinds closed. I say keep looking if you are thinking about settling here.
