What a joke

To start off, the staff in the office is extremely rude and usually gets an attitude with you even if you are asking a simple question. They are unresponsive and could care less about the residents, plus all they can do is make excuses anyway. All this is, of course, assuming that they are actually in the office or open when they are supposed to be...which never happens! The apartment was in terrible condition when we moved in, but we hoped living here would get better...no luck yet. Obviously they are putting money into the outside of the place to attract new people, but the apartments need to be nice as well!!
