I agree!! The management has been horrible here since the change over. The prior management was at least friendly, even though the place was falling down around us. When the new management co. came in and had all the outside improvements done, it has spruced up the "Look" of the complex, but left a lot to be desired. Workers at the ass-crack of dawn is so true! Up on your balcony just hammering away! If you have issues the manager is rude and when you get upset she hangs up on you, the fitness center (hahahahahaha) riiight! Nothing up there works, I have never set foot in the hot tub becuase it has never worked in the 13 months I have lived here. I was a fool for signing another years lease. I guess I was just too lazy to move everything again. The location is great, and from the road it looks like a nice place to live. They sure have a long way to go when it comes to customer service though. The Conner Group home office just flips you back to the manager when you try to complain about the on site management. That is the most frustrating thing about this complex. To all that are looking at this place, move along, they are not ready to serve any customers. And oh ya, the trash thing is true, that one dumpster for the whole complex is a FREAKIN MESS come Monday am, trash just plain everywhere! It would also be nice if they cleaned the common areas once and a while, trash and birds nests and all kinda just plain crap litter the entry ways to most apts. But the most frustrating thing is I have never in all my years had as high of gas bills, $70- $80 a month in the summer seems a little bit extreem don't ya think'! Again, look elsewhere!

That is definately true. All of my utility bills are higher here then they have ever been in my life.
