I totally agree with the "soul being raped" comment. The staff are so nice to you until you actually sign the lease, then they proceed to act like you don't matter at all. The rent is way too expensive for what you get. They preach about keeping the place clean, but there are cigarette butts and trash all over the grounds that never get picked up. The worst is that they don't have dumpsters, they just have one trash compactor located in the most remote possible corner of the very large complex- so we have to walk our smelly trash half a mile to dump it. the compactor is always overflowing and smells like ass. And now they've started charging $25 per bag they see left outside an apartment door because obviously people aren't gonna be all eager to tote their trash to the ------- compactor. GET SOME DUMPSTERS YOU -------S. They also charge a $75 late fee if rent is ONE day late, no exceptions. They try to create this pseudo friendly environment but the people that run SP have to be the nastiest most soulless people I've ever met. If you file a maintenance requst, they come like three weeks later if at all. I've just started fixing ---- myself because at least then it gets done. I shouldn't have left olengangy commons for this --------. I feel like I'm living in a dorm or a prison.

i agree with you. I left Olentangy Commons a year ago and have been in this s---hole since. I hate it. The maintenance smoke weed before coming over to fix anything, if they even do come over. I have a GAS LEAK and they are not responding to my calls. They are worthless and the girls in the office are worse.
