i dont know what everyone is talking about. ive lived here for 8 months and its nice because the staff leaves you alone unless you need something. ive called maintenance 5 times and everytime theyve showed up that day or the next. awesome views, all the trees just bloomed so it looks beautiful, if youre willing to spend a little more this is definitly worth it.

I agree that the staff leaves you alone, however, only because they are more concerned with other things than their own residents.
